Inclusive fitness  coaching - designed for every mind, built for every body.

I help women who feel overwhelmed by fitness to build confidence and strength, despite sensory overload, low confidence, or not knowing where to start.

Who I Help

I Help People Who…

…want to feel stronger, fitter, and more confident - in a way that actually works for their life, their body, and their mind.

You might be someone who:

✨ Feels overwhelmed or anxious about where to start
– The gym feels intimidating
– You’re not sure what to do or how to do it

✨ Struggles with motivation and routine
– You’ve tried plans before but nothing sticks
– You want something sustainable, not a quick fix

✨ Needs a different kind of fitness space
– You’re neurodivergent or sensory-sensitive
– You’re fed up with “no excuses” gym culture that doesn’t fit your life

✨ Is navigating a changing body
– Perimenopause, injury recovery, or chronic pain make things harder
– You need an approach that adapts with you

✨ Worries you’re “not fit enough” to join in
– Classes feel too fast or intimidating
– You want to build confidence without judgment

👉 If any of this sounds familiar — you’re in the right place.

A Bit About Me

I’m Sarah.

And in September 2025, I launched Outside the Box Coaching with a simple objective:

To help people who feel left out by traditional fitness find confidence, strength, and routines that work - despite barriers like neurodivergence, injury, low confidence, or just plain not knowing where to start.

You’ll find 5 things I believe in below. If you resonate with them, I think we’ll get along.

1. Everyone deserves a safe, welcoming space to move — no racism, sexism, homophobia or transphobia here.

2. Every mind and every body is different, and that should be celebrated.

3. Progress matters more than perfection.

4. Movement should feel good, not like punishment.

5. Community and kindness matter as much as coaching.

Sound like we’ll get along? Great. I’ve got so much to share with you.

Some quick info on who I am so you know how I can be most helpful to you:

Born and raised on the Wirral I grew up loving animals and music music. I’m a single parent and proud mum of two amazing, neurodiverse boys - which means I know all about juggling life, energy, and routines that actually work in the real world.

I’m also autistic myself, so I understand first-hand what it’s like to navigate spaces that weren’t designed with us in mind. Alongside that, I’m a runner (back-of-the-pack, slow-and-proud type!) and someone who’s rebuilt her own health and fitness after setbacks. I know how hard it is to take the first step, and how powerful it feels when you find your stride again. Before becoming a personal trainer, I spent years navigating my own health journey - losing 10 stone, rebuilding my strength, and learning the hard way that “fitness” doesn’t have to look like punishment or perfection.

I also know what it feels like to walk into a gym and feel like you don’t belong. That’s why I became a PT, to create a space where everyone feels welcome, seen, and supported.

Which basically means every day I wake up and help people find movement they can enjoy, confidence they can keep, and a healthier relationship with fitness.

Just like:

– My client Ciara, who went from unsure where to start to building a consistent strength routine she actually enjoys.
– My client Caroline, who gained the confidence to run her first 5K after years of saying “I’m not a runner.”
– My client Deb, who rebuilt her fitness after injury and finally felt like herself again.

Well, now you’re all caught up. And thank you for your time btw — I’ll make sure to make it worth it. :)

P.S. Before you crack on with your day, can you fire me a WhatsApp message by the button and let me know how your health and fitness journey is going at the mo?

It gives me insight on how to be most helpful to you.

It could literally be a one-sentence reply or a full story. I’ll read it regardless.
